Hz acoustic panels can be glued to ceilings or walls that are fixed and solid, as well as suspended constructions of plaster or fibre concrete. Can be used in dry and wet areas. Supporting surfaces must be able to support a minimum of 10 kg/m2

Basotect, Polymer foam on a melamine resin base

Panels are stored free of frost and moisture. The temperature must not exceed 40 degrees Celsius and panels must not be stored in direct sunlight.

Place panels on site 2-3 days prior to start-up to moisture stabilise the panels.

The surface must be even, dry, free of grease and loose substances. Loose plaster, chalking and other non-viable supporting surfaces are removed and the substrate is primed with Hz Plaster primer. Previously painted as well as new surfaces must be primed with Hz Plaster primer. Hz acoustic panels are fully glued with Hz glue, consumption 0.600 – 0.800 kg/m². Read the supplier’s instructions.

At 20 degrees Celsius and 50% RH, the adhesive is stable after 15-20 min and fully cured after 24 hours.
