How to achieve smooth acoustic ceilings
Material
Ready-to-use cellulose fiber-based acoustic plaster.
Storage
Must not be exposed to frost. Store at a minimum of +5°C and a maximum of 30°C, protected from direct sunlight. Shelf life of at least 12 months in tightly sealed original packaging.
Application
Hz Acoustic Plaster 03 can only be applied by certified installers after training. It is compatible with multiple substrates – contact us for further details. The plaster is applied mechanically using spray equipment. Consult Hz Acoustic and follow the supplier’s instructions.
Site conditions
The application and drying temperature must be between 15°C and 30°C. Humidity must not exceed 60% RH due to drying requirements. Use a dehumidifier or ensure good ventilation for optimal drying conditions.
Drying time
Approximately 1-2 days at 20°C and a maximum of 60% RH.
